Express Care offers an Installed Business Consultant (IBC) with years of quick lube experience
to help develop key areas of your business, including management, operations and marketing.
First, your IBC will perform a one-day evaluation of your business. You will be interviewed
and your marketing plan and goals will be analyzed. Whether you are a start-up or an existing
business, your IBC will work with you to develop and customize the content of a five-day
training program at no charge for your operation, which your IBC will facilitate in your store.
In addition, the Automotive Oil Change Asssociation (AOCA) offfers
Valvoline Express Care operators special first-year membership rate based
on the number of stores you have. For one store, you pay $200, two stores
you pay $300, three stores you pay $400, and four or more stores you pay
only $500. In addition, when joining you are eligible to receive the Lube
Technical Academy Manual for only $229.95 and access other benefits such as
access to AOCA's website, new "owners" seminar, scholorship programs, and
preferred partners for insurance and credit cards.
