The Valvoline Loaned Equipment program makes available to qualified Express Care operators
lubrication equipment that is installed in the Express Care facility.
As consideration for the equipment, the Express Care operator will purchase and use 85%
Valvoline or affiliated branded products except for bulk lubricants. In the case of bulk
motor oil, the operator will not be permitted to sell any other brand of bulk product.
At the fulfillment of the Loaned Equipment Agreement, the lubrication equipment becomes property
of the operator. Maintenance, insurance and taxes are the responsibility of the Express Care
operator.
